Brainspotting
A powerful neuro-experiential, sustainable approach that helps with trauma processing as well as performance, creativity, spiritual expansion and personal growth on a radically deep level in a short time period, fast forwarding the Law Of Attraction.

Brainspotting is a bottom-up approach that has evolved out of EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). The approach helps with trauma processing both in life and in sports along with personal and creativity expansion work, discovered in 2003 by David Grand, PhD.
While David was working with a 16-year-old figure skater helping her with the blockage of performing the triple loop. When she was tracking his finger crossing her visual field David noticed the young athlete's subtle eye wobbling while looking at a specific eye position, he intuitively stopped and held her gaze. This led to a profound healing process unexpectedly, new memories that have never emerged like childhood trauma and countless sports injuries poured and flowed out with intense waves of emotions. This single process drastically optimised her performance regardless a year of intense sessions prior, the very next day she performed a flawless triple loop for the first time and never has the same issue since.
Today Brainspotting uses the field of vision to locate Brainspots that correlate with relevance to inner emotional experience: "Where you look affects how you feel". And by maintaining eye fixation, it leads to healing and discharge of the activation that are held deeply in the non-cognitive areas of the neurophysiology powerfully and effectively. This approach bypasses the thinking brain, reach the memory capsule in the subcortical brain where the traumatic event was held and unprocessed, disrupts the negative experiences, promotes coherence between sympathetic and parasympathetic activation in the brain. In personal expansion work, it strengthens positive neural networks, fast track client’s ability to manifest their deepest dreams and desires as well as performance enhancement.
